Inspiration for My Journal for Gentle Ease, Flow and Abundance
Some of this you will find as you open the pages of your new 6”x9” journal, in the 1-paged Preface.
My Journal for Gentle Ease, Flow and Abundance is based on my own desire to stay present and thankful for what has already shown up in my experience. When I live this, it has a deep impact on the experiences I attract. As I make this practice routine, I attract more of what I want in my life.
My own experience with the universal laws including the Law of Attraction, feminine energy, individual sovereignty and more, along with my desire to continue living in the present, not the past or the future, lead me to primarily two ideas that changed how I journal and meditate.
The first is from Oliver Niño, Spiritual Activator, who invites us to change our thinking before bed, as whatever energy you go to sleep in, you expand. As you wake up is great too. It suggests focusing on gratitude, but with a different lens.
The second is from Justin Perry, Founder of We Are Creators, who invites us to snap ourselves into the energy of the life we want in a way that truly comes from a place of ease.

About the Author
Crystal-Marie Sealy is a proud homeschooling mom, author and MBA who lives in Montreal, Quebec, Canada with her precious girl. A mom who is also learning to be mindful and authentic. As she learns and shares her journey with her daughter too, she hopes to inspire other readers to completely love themselves on their journey to self-discovery. Author of “The Brave Little Puffer Fish: Authenticity for Children”, written after “Edmus and Ferdmus Leave Home: Mindfulness for Children”, but published before, and a number of other books yet to come, Crystal-Marie is dedicated to supporting parents and children who truly want to discover their inner voices, and celebrate themselves just as they are.
