This is my first self-published book and my first published children’s book as well. Near and dear to my heart, because this one was wholly inspired by my little girl. An invitation to both parents and children ages 3-7+ to remember that we are each whole and fine as we are in this moment. Read MorePublished May 13, 2020, a best-seller on the same day, this anthology was close to me heart because it featured so many touching real life stories of the unseen heroism among women that often goes unseen. This is no exaggeration — I teared up reading so many chapters and ended them with my heart swollen and full of the energy of possibility. It was also published in the midst of a pandemic, when the nature of the stories within were truly able to sustain that sense of possibility in the midst of the global madness. My chapter in this anthology focused on an area of self-acceptance that we almost never truly allow ourselves to explore. I hope it awakens your phoenix.
